I am using the broadband connection for playing online game and other internet access. Starting from 6/2/03, I find that it has a serious delay from battle net. The greatest delay is almost 9xxx ms. Since I am playing the Diablo 2, I have tried to ping and tracert to isolate the problem. I find that the ping result always no response from remote server 'uswest.battle.net' or the ping time is more than 8xx ms. Also I have tried to ping www.yahoo.com. The no response result still appear frequently. 

I have tried to use other broadband connection such as PCCW and I find that the game is running smoothly. And the ping time is about 3xx ms from uswest.battle.net.

Also, I have tried to use a VPN connection to use other ISP internet connection. The result is still better than my i-cable network connection. 

I have tried to phone call their service hotline and they can't do anything. 

I hope that they can fix my problem a.s.a.p. Also, their reply is highly appreciated. At least I know that they know my case.

Lastly, please provide a reasonable solution for me. I have tried to reset my cable modem and other simple action include changing the CAT5 cable from my cable modem to network card and using another NIC. But the problem still happen.

Remind again, I have tested the conneciton by other ISP even VPN to other server and I am quite sure that it is their network problem.
